    Glad the presenter highlighted that you shouldn’t necessarily do just what “you’re good at”…that advice nearly sent me on a career path I wouldn’t have been happy in. Besides, after reading a book called “Talent is Overrated” my view on getting good at stuff has completely changed!

    And the distinction of doing what people will pay you to do as opposed to just blindly doing what you love is a great one too.

    Wish my careers advisor at school had given me this sort of information all those years ago!!

      Well said, Chris. Same here with my school career advisors. Plus, in 1974 when I graduated from High School, the fields in which I’m now engaged weren’t yet invented!
